INTERNATIONAL STUDENT EXCHANGE - ONTARIO is a
registered not-for-profit corporation offering Ontario
students a variety of reciprocal exchange programs in
Europe. Affordable student exchanges with an educational
focus were first organized by the Ontario Ministry of
Education in the 1970's and the Ministry continues to
support such programs. Included among the ISE
ONTARIO
European partners are the Ministry of Education offices that
were exchange partners of the Ontario Ministry until it
ceased its involvement in student exchanges.
The primary goal of ISE ONTARIO is to
provide:
-
the best
possible programs
-
for the greatest
number of students
-
at the lowest possible cost
ISE ONTARIO is totally committed to providing a
service to students, families and teachers through a
dedicated and experienced staff working in close
collaboration with reliable exchange partner organizations,
and with Ontario education authorities including board and
school personnel. Both the visiting and the Ontario students
thus have contact persons to provide support during both the
hosting period and the period away from home.
